  • Understand steps involved in Affinity Chromatography (AFC) for purifying proteins
  • Comprehend principles of TFF design, process development and product economics.

  • Optimize Hydrophobic Interaction (HIC), Gel Filtration Chromatography (GFC) for purifying proteins
  • Develop Bio-analytical assays for quantifying purified proteins
  • Validation and equipment qualification
