He has also been promoting several budding industries . Mr. P J Baby is also a serial entrepreneur who carries behind several years of investment and management experience. He is also the Chairman & Managing Director of PJB Engineers Pvt. Ltd. and was an ex-Director at Sartorius India Pvt. Ltd.

C.R. Menon - Director and Mentor
As a member of the board of directors at Biozeen, Mr. Menon will mentor the senior leadership team in developing and refining the strategic direction.
- Mr. Menon has over three and half decades of experience of several global corporate houses including two companies in the Tata Group where he worked for over twenty seven years. While he was working as the Chief Marketing Manager of the Appliances Business group in Voltas Ltd, he was picked up by the Tata’s to start up the marketing and sales operations of Titan watches from zero base. Mr. Menon was largely responsible during the formative years in building up the sales and distribution offices of Titan industries apart from hiring and training several key management personnel and setting strategic sales and distribution direction. Mr. Menon played many roles including head of sales and distribution, purchase vendor development and technologies, liaison with various government agencies, Managing Director of Titan Watches and Jewellery International Asia Pacific at Singapore and spread the export operations beyond India to all the Asia Pacific markets, Australia, Fiji, etc.
- As Carrier Aircon's first Marketing Director (United Technologies - Carrier), Mr. Menon implemented various initiatives which resulted in the company becoming the leading air conditioner manufacturer in India within a short period of two years.
- As the Vice President at Jumbo Electronics Company Dubai, he restructured the SBUs, gave a thrust to business units located in Japan, Hong Kong, Singapore, Oman, Bahrain and paved the way for increased profitability and better employee satisfaction.
- As the Chief Executive Officer and alternate director of Fujitsu General, Mr. Menon led this joint venture between ETA Dubai and Fujitsu Japan to a dominant market position in a record period of two years.
Mr. Menon's entrepreneurial spirit was demonstrated when he took on the challenging role of restructuring the debt ridden once dominant Indian electronics major BPL Ltd. By leveraging his extensive management experience, he played a significant role in bringing down the accumulated liability from US$400 million to US$50 million in less than three and a half years.

Dr. Anil Paul Kariath
Director and Chief Technical Advisor BiOZEEN (Bangalore Biotech Labs Pvt. Ltd), is a biotechnologist by profession.
Dr. Kariath specializes in animal sciences and has undertaken extensive research at Animal Virus Research Institute, Pirbright U.K. and Animal Biotechnology Center, Cambridge, UK.
Dr. Kariath was associated with Welcome Laboratories, UK to specialize in cell culture based vaccine production. Dr. Kariath is a vastly experienced bioprocess specialist in designing vaccine plants, Bioprocess Engineering , equipment design and validation.
Dr. Kariath has more than 20 years of working experience in one of the world's largest FMD Vaccine Production facilities viz.; Indian Immunologicals, where he was involved in various fields of cell culture based vaccine production. Later he spearheaded the operations of Sartorius India Pvt. ltd for 10 years as its Managing Director.
Dr. Kariath was also the Chairman of Indian Pharmacopoeia Committee on Biotechnology and r-DNA Products , leading to the publication of Indian Pharmacopoeia 2008.

Krishnamurthy Sridhar
A Chartered Accountant by profession, Sridhar is a partner of M/s Mohan & Sridhar, Chartered Accountants since 1986. Widely experienced in audit, company law, taxation, accounting, finance and management, Sridhar has presented papers on a variety of professional subjects at various forums. In addition to being a director at BiOZEEN, he is director of Heidelberg Prominent Fluid Controls Private Limited.

M.S. Mahadevan
President and Chief Executive Officer BiOZEEN (Bangalore Biotech Labs Pvt. Ltd), is a Chemical Engineer with Masters in Business Administration. He brings to this position a wealth of experience in the Life Sciences industry and a strong exposure in global businesses, building high-performance cultures and driving strategic business value.
Before joining BioZeen, Mahadevan worked for Merck Millipore, a leading Tools & technology provider in Life Sciences Research and Biomanufacturing.. Over his 20+ year tenure with Merck Millipore, he held a wide range of positions across a variety of business segments, functions and general management.
Most recently Mahadevan served as Director & global head of Market segment Programs for the Process Solutions Business Unit of Merck Millipore overseeing the Biosimilars Initiative including portfolio development, business strategy & development. Prior to that, he served as Vice President of the Bioprocess Division, for India. In this role, he grew the business multifold and by establishing Centre’s of Excellence on Validation, Process Development, Training etc., & Strategic Alliances. He was instrumental in building the company’s Brand Image in India, especially on Access Validation Services.
