M.S. Mahadevan
President and Chief Executive Officer BiOZEEN (Bangalore Biotech Labs Pvt. Ltd), is a Chemical Engineer with Masters in Business Administration. He brings to this position a wealth of experience in the Life Sciences industry and a strong exposure in global businesses, building high-performance cultures and driving strategic business value.
Before joining BioZeen, Mahadevan worked for Merck Millipore, a leading Tools & technology provider in Life Sciences Research and Biomanufacturing.. Over his 20+ year tenure with Merck Millipore, he held a wide range of positions across a variety of business segments, functions and general management.
Most recently Mahadevan served as Director & global head of Market segment Programs for the Process Solutions Business Unit of Merck Millipore overseeing the Biosimilars Initiative including portfolio development, business strategy & development. Prior to that, he served as Vice President of the Bioprocess Division, for India. In this role, he grew the business multifold and by establishing Centre’s of Excellence on Validation, Process Development, Training etc., & Strategic Alliances. He was instrumental in building the company’s Brand Image in India, especially on Access Validation Services.

Indra Chand Sahu
Mr. Indra Chand Sahu is a veteran in the field of chemical engineering with more than two decades of experience in Process Engineering, Project Management, and Manufacturing of Bulk drugs, Antibiotics and API production (Fermentation and Chemicals based). He was instrumental in project execution and leading a team of engineers / managers for green field cGMP project for 10 years. He has a proven track record for more than a decade in Technical services & Consultancy services, Conceptual design, Basic engineering, Technology upgrade, Technology transfer, Process development, Scale up, cost optimization, Yield improvement, Techno - Commercial Feasibility studies, Energy audits etc.
His key strengths are Concept to Commissioning of Fermentation based Antibiotic products & API projects implying state of the art techniques to comply with various regulatory requirements & validation in a best economic possible way & time bound schedule. He has served for industries like Jayant Vitamins, HAL, Hindustan Max-GB Ltd, Biopharmax, Ranbaxy, etc. He has now joined Biozeen in its consulting division as Vice President.
Mr. Sahu is a BE in Chemical Engineering from BIT Sindri and holds a Management Degree from Pune University.

Rajat Sahoo
An IIT Delhi Alumni, Masters in Biochemical Engineering & Biotechnology, Rajat is
Process engineering expert with extensive domain experience in undertaking design of Fermentors,
Bioreactors, CIP systems, Filtration systems, Process Vessels, Cross flow systems, design
of heat exchangers & agitation systems. His expertise also lies in generation of piping and instrumentation diagram
(P&ID), process design, scale up activities, preparation of URS for bio-processing equipment, qualification (DQ, IQ, OQ & PQ phases), FAT & SAT, etc. Currently he is the lead member of the bioprocess engineering team handling several prestigious projects.

Eldho Paul
An engineering graduate in Mechanical, Eldho has over two decades of experience in mechanical design for pressure vessel, process piping & utilities, production, project engineering management, maintenance of plant equipment and machineries. Well versed with ASME-BPE, ASME pressure vessel code, cGMP and current regulatory requirements and QMS.

Nathalie Poirier
A science graduate from France, Nathalie has over 10 years of experience in global biotech companies. With focus on validation and documentation; right from writing validation master plan, performing risk assessment, designing equipment qualification & process validation protocols, especially for supporting processes such as sterilization and depyrogenation. Currently she heads the validation & documentation team for providing proof of quality to BiOZEEN equipment and services. Her dedication to excellence has taken her to also leading the training team which has a combined expertise in the biopharma industry of more than 100 years. She has 2 research papers to her credit. |
