1. Facility Manager

Qualification: B Tech / M Tech in Chemical / Biochemical / Mechanical / Electrical

Experience:

• Process / Project related Activities in a Consulting Company or Biotech / API Bulk drug Plant manufacturing Company about 3 to 10 years relevant Experience
• Nature of Activities & Responsibility : Good Knowledge in Upstream & Down stream Unit operations of a Bio tech / API Process, Conceptual design , Basic Engineering - Plant design & Lay out development of Clean room facility, Process Block diagram, Process Flow diagram, P&ID, Mass & Energy Balance, Utility calculation for Clean Utility & Plant Utility Detailed Engineering : Capacity calculation of various Process & Utility equipment , Equipment design/ selection, Piping design for Process/ Clean Utility/ Black Utility, BOQs, Preparation of Technical Specifications / Tender specifications / URS , Co-ordination with associated disciplines like Electrical, Automation, HVAC/ Clean Room department, Utility etc. for preparation of Feasibility & Project reports,
• Relevant experience in HVAC & Clean Room development , Room data sheet preparation, Fill & Finish ,Project site execution etc.
• Relevant Experience of 10 to 15 years, with Engineering background in a Consulting Company /Manufacturing organization of similar functions, as stated above, in Biotech/ API/ Formulations will be considered for Facility Manager at suitable designation & suitably compensated.

2.Sr. Executive Engineer / Dy Manager – Clean Room Design & development

Working Experience – 4 to 7 years relevant experience in design & development of Clean room Facility , working in a Consulting Company of Bio Pharmaceuticals / Biotech/ API at a responsible position.

Qualification: Chemical / Mechanical / Electrical

Responsibility : He will be responsible for Conceptual & detailed Engineering for design & development of Clean room and associated activities ,basics of HVAC design, preparation of Clean room lay out for Manufacturing/Fill & Finish/ Ware house/ Clean Utility etc, clean room & AHU zoning, pressurization, containment , Room datasheet preparation , Man material movement ,Clean Room furniture, Clean Piping ( Process & Utility) lay out , Co-ordination drawing of Ducting/Piping/Electricals, etc. BOQ, and Clean room validation/ document preparation . He will be also responsible for co-ordination with other discipline for timely completion & delivery of assignment. He should have good knowledge in Autocad, Solid edge, Isometrics/ 3D

3.Sr. Engineer / Dy Manager - Electrical

Experience – 4 to 7 years relevant experience in a Consulting Company of Bio Pharmaceuticals / Biotech/ API at a responsible position.

Responsibility : He will be responsible for Conceptual & detailed Engineering for Electrical Engineering involved in a Bio pharmaceutical/ API/Biotech based manufacturing plant and nature of activities will be Electrical load estimation, Design & selection of electrical equipment/ Cables/ components for HT & LT ,Electrical drawings design & development, SLDs, Electrical distribution in exterior & Interior sections , Clean room related systems, viz, FAS, Security system, CC TV, Communication, Cabling/light fixtures/sockets etc suitable for clean room of high standards etc and BOQ preparation. Procurement , Inspection & Commissioning assistance.
He will head Electrical section and co-ordinate with different discipline for timely completion of project. He must good knowledge of various design & selection of HT & LT equipment like HT Panels, transformer, PCC/LDB/MCCs etc LT Panels, Cable selections, Codes & Standard norms of Electricals and must have site experience of execution activities.

4.Technical Manager- Marketing

Experience :Experience in a reputed Consulting Company ( Jacobs, NNE Pharma, Methalia, Pharma Elomatic, PM Group etc.)in the field of Marketing activities for projecting & establishing network associated with Turn Key Solutions comprising activities “Concept Engg, Detailed Engineering, Cite management for Installation & Commissioning assistance, Validation/ Documentation etc” Project Biotech, API, Formulation, Clean Room Facilities, Energy Mgt / Clean Utilities & Technology Audit/ Trouble shooting.

He should have excellent Communication & presentation skill and Technical Knowledge in Biotech/ API related Consulting activities. Qualification Preferably B Tech/ M Tech Engineering and 8 to 10 years working experience in reputed Consulting Company of similar line of function.

5.ENGINEERS / MANAGERS FOR CONSULTING SERVICES

Qualification: B TECH / M TECH in Chemical /Biochemical /Mechanical Engg.

Candidates requirement :

• a. Assistant Chemical/ Biochemical Engineer : Fresh Engineer of suitable discipline.
• b. Design Engineers / Executive Engineer : Experience 2 to 3 years
• c. Sr. Process / Sr. Executive Engineer : Experience 3 to 7 years
• d. Dy Manager/ Manager – Process / Project :7 to 12years

6. Utility & Piping Engineer

Diploma / Graduate Chemical / Mechanical Engineer Design Engineer / Sr. Design Engineer/ Dy. Manager Additional requirement : Autocad, PDMS

Experience :Relevant 3 to 7 years working experience in Consulting services / Projects of Pharmaceuticals Company (Biotech /API/Bulk drug/Formulations) involving Utility equipment and Piping Engineering for Black & Clean Utilities , Process clean Piping etc . Activities includes Utility estimation , Utility equipment sizing & selection, Technical specification , BOQ Preparation, Piping design, sizing, pressure drop calculations , Preparation & development of Piping Lay out & Pipe racks, Structure support, preparation of Co-ordination drawing comprising Ducting / Piping , P&ID , Isometric / 3D drgs etc. Knowledge of Piping codes & standards, ASME-BPE etc for Black Piping and Clean Piping is must. Working experience in Clean Room Facility of Biotech / API is essential for Senior post.

7. CADD Engineer

Qualification – Diploma in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineer
Computer Knowledge : AUTOCAD, 3D/ Isometric /Solid edge etc

Experience :Relevant 2 to 5 years working experience in Consulting services / Projects of Pharmaceuticals Company (Biotech /API/Bulk drug/Formulations) and having expertise in preparation & development of Lay outs(master plan, Plant lay out, Clean room lay out & its associated facilities , Piping Lay out & Pipe racks, Structure support drgs Co-ordination drawing comprising Ducting / Piping , Isometric / 3D drgs etc.
